When returning products, they must be returned within the terms stated on our terms and conditions, available at https://www.acuragroup.com.au/terms-and-conditions. Please download and complete the return application form (RMA) before returning any product(s). Once your RMA form has been processed, we will contact you with more information. If your RMA is approved, please return the product(s) with the accompanying RMA paperwork and approval for the goods inward team to process.
