A unique opportunity for a Sales Development Representative who is responsible for supporting customers to get product when they need it and to grow and develop ACURA in the industry and further enhance its status as a market leading mechanical support provider.
Don't enjoy red tape and a hierarchy? This is a great opportunity to work with an awesome bunch of people and report directly to one of our Company Directors. This role works closely with customers, others in the Customer Service and Sales teams and our transport and distribution team.
On a daily basis, you will be:
- Answering inbound phone calls, taking sales orders and updating CRM and systems
- Communicate directly with the sales team, suppliers, customers and delivery partners
- a ‘can do’ person ready to ‘wow’ customers so we can exceed customers' expectations and get back to customers quickly
- Ensuring we are processing orders effectively, efficiently and with accuracy
- A good attitude is the most important, the skills can be learnt!
Of benefit would be:
- Experience across a range of business systems, CRM and tools
- Experience working in busy high-volume roles
- Experience working with overseas suppliers
- Previous experience in the building supplies industry would be an advantage, but not a necessity
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work across a number of technology platforms
